Overview On Employment

The Labour Market Group for Nipissing-Parry Sound is a not-for-profit, community-based organization that works collaboratively with local agencies to develop solutions to labour market needs.

Each year, the Labour Market Group produces a document called the TOP Report - outlining Trends, Opportunities and Priorities for the community's labour force. This report provides key information on industry presence and current labour market trends that are specific to North Bay and area.

In 2009 the Labour Market Initiative (LMI) Report was released which identifies current and future employment demands based on current and anticipated labour market issues.
